Stjepan Jeršek - Štef is a Croatian tambura music singer with a music career that has its beginnings in the 1960s. His first singing gig was in the pop band BREZE, after which he sang in the band HIT whose members included Željko Nikolin, Ivica Murat and Vlado Babin. During this period he was an active member of a folklore society in Bizovac. Not long after, he left this folklore society and joined the Županja society “Tomislav”. He has also been a member of the Croatian Folklore Society “Osijek 1862”. His long-standing and very successful music career resulted in numerous performances at various tambura festivals. He has had many hit songs which are the result of collaborations with great composers and arrangers such as Miroslav Škoro, Vladimir Smiljanić, Aleksandar Homoky, Stipe Bogutovac and Željko Nikolin. His greatest hits include songs "Ej berdo, berdo", "Slavonec jesem, al' zagorski sin", "Vozi skela" and "Sve poštivam, svoje uživam".
