Daisha McBride is a hip hop artist based in Nashville, Tennessee. Born and raised in East Tennessee she started rapping at the age of 10. Growing up in East Tennessee she was heavily influenced by Country, Pop, Rock and of course Hip Hop. Her lyrical content continues to impress listeners around the world. 
 It all started in her freshman dorm in college. She was messing around and free styling to a beat with some friends when one recorded a video of her rapping. Twitter had just announced the release of their 20-30 second video feature and Daisha & her friends just wanted to post one for fun. Little did she know that, within 24 hours, she would be famous. The video went viral on sites like WorldStar HipHop, Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. She had more than 20K new followers within a week of posting the video, along with social media love from several celebrities, athletes and influencers. 
 Since then, Daisha has continued to grow her audience with popular freestyle covers, touring and new music. Since going viral in 2015, she has been recognized by musical artists such as Missy Elliot, Chance The Rapper, Alessia Cara, Megan Trainor, G-Easy, KYLE, Lil Dicky and more. Her online presence has earned her more than 10 million views across all platforms. She recently won 2 awards from the Nashville Scene and was named 2018 “Best Hip Hop Act” and “Hip Hop Newcomer of the Year”. Her new EP “Yafeelme” is available everywhere.
