Until Rain is an alternative/prog metal band from Thessaloniki, Greece. In July 2009 Until Rain signed with Steel Gallery Records for their first album, " The Reign of Dreams" and quickly followed up with the EP "Pandemic". The band toured around Greece throughout 2011 and 2012. Later they started the recordings of their 2nd full length album “Anthem to Creation”, recorded by the band and mixed/mastered at Fascination Street Studios by Jens Bogren. The album was released by Escape Music at 23rd August 2013. The band embarked in its first European tour to promote this album along with Andromeda. They also performed alongside Myrath & Leprous in ProgPower EU festival, NL, Oct 2015. Until Rain’ s first album since 2013’s well received “Anthem to Creation” finds the band exploring the dark world of psychological/emotional abuse, loss and doubt and it presents the darkest side of Until Rain till this day. More “to the point” songs and less fiddling around lets the new singer of the band Cons Marg shine while the rest of the band lays the foundation of some really heavy & melodic contemporary prog metal. “ Inure" was recorded by Until Rain in various EU cities and mixed/mastered by Daniel Cardoso (Anathema). The band toured Europe in 2017 promoting "Inure". May 31st 2019 their album "Season V" was released by ROAR! Records. January 2023 the band released their first live album "Strepsa", recorded live back in 2017 in Thessaloniki, Greece.
