Biyografi

Hey guys! My name is Yael Danon and I’m a 17 year old trilingual singer-songwriter, born and raised in Panama :) I remember I started writing and singing my first funny songs by the age of 8 after I took my purple diary to my music teacher. Ever since participating in the school’s talent show, I could not stop performing. Whether it was in concerts or musicals, the stage felt like a second home. After winning Israel’s Got Talent in 2019, things changed a bit. I decided I wanted to release my own music, and so I did. Once the pandemic hit, performing came to a stop, yet life didn’t. Surprisingly there was quite a good amount of drama in my life during quarantine (i have no clue how), and I decided I wanted to write about it. Before the creation of my album, “Diary Girl”, I was afraid of releasing music based on real-life situations that went on in my life. But I believe it is now time to share my diary with the world ;) Throughout my debut album, “Diary Girl”, I discovered myself. Through every story of each song is a lesson learned about myself, my emotions, and life. The album goes through a journey of emotions, I experience first love, my first breakup, start missing my friends and fearing their loss in my life, start going through more anxiety, and face the struggles of letting go.
