    Based out of Sacramento, California, the Seeking are a Christian melodic hardcore band that blends heavy breakdowns with upbeat choruses to create a sound that feels both visceral and earnest. Though the Seeking were formed in 2010 by drummer Ben Wood and guitarist Dylan Housewright, it would be over a year before they would start playing shows, with Wood and Housewright using their time in the garage to carefully refine their sound while also recruiting guitarist Grayson Smith, singer Taylor Green, and bassist Shane Tiller to join up with them. The band was picked up by Artery Foundation before signing on with Razor & Tie for the release of its debut full-length, Yours Forever, in 2012. ~ Gregory Heaney, Rovi
