Formed in the La Nina soaked summer of 20’/21’ between long lockdowns, LAHGO brought their unique blend of rock, soul and psychedelic to the Sydney music scene. 
 The Sydney band quickly gained a cult following with their high energy performances, and have since sold out numerous shows at some of Sydney’s most iconic live music venues, including the Lansdowne and the Oxford Art Factory. 
 LAHGO’s current lineup is a classic four-piece that includes soul powerhouse Mel Bailey on vocals, the charismatic Pablo Smooth on guitar, the enigmatic Rob Easy on bass and backing vocals, and the energetic Danny Rixxx on the sticks. 
 The band’s sound was put best by front-woman Mel Bailey: “Arctic Monkeys with a sip of Amy Winehouse”. And this is certainly showcased in their first single ‘Black Fairy’, where they employ an irresistible combination of a huge, AM-inspired, rock guitar riff and silky, soulful vocals to great effect. 
 With their first two EPs complete, and their third well underway, the band can’t wait to share their diverse sound with you.
