Harking back to the early 00’s Garage / Indie scene, Fat Dads write catchy indie tunes with a DIY sensibility. 'Fat Dads' first 4 demos were released to great acclaim and found their way onto Radio 1 and Radio X, purely through word of mouth on Twitter. The band was also picked up by UK tastemakers 'This Feeling' as one of the best new bands in the UK. Their debut EP sold out of all 300 copies (being purchased all over Europe and America) within the first 48 hours of release. The band started 2023 with a bang, as the first weekend in January saw the hashtag #FatDadsAFHF2023 started to trend on Twitter due to thousands of people wanting to see Fat Dads play at Louis Tomlinson's 'Away From Home Festival' in 2023. Their 5th release 'Girlfriend' made it into the top 20 on iTunes on release day.
