I remember my parents giving me a very special gift when I was around five years old. Some of my listeners may remember or might even still have one. It was called a Pocket Rocker, It was a mini cassette player that came with a variety of tiny cassette tapes, that you could pop in and pop out as you choose. I remember listening to TearsForFears, Madonna, HueyLewis&TheNews_PBSp and many more. At the time I was just enjoying the tunes and letting them be the soundtrack to my early childhood. Now that I look back, the music I remember back then hits me right in the chest, the composition, the feeling, the newness of the emotion it made me feel then and even Now, I strive to make music that takes me back to those days, with my own personal twist. My first 2 albums Glass Ocean and Void, are starter packs to what is coming next, They songs on those two albums were my first attempt at retro/synthwave. Wasteland (available June 29th 2018) will be a deeper cut into the same retro mindset. I have big plans to connect with other artists and collaborate as well as doing vocals myself.
