Chris Goodwin Band is a high-energy country music band based in Prince George, British Columbia, Canada. Inspired by country music from the 90's to today, Chris and the guys started like most country bands do... as a cover band, playing their style of country music in bars, festivals, and private events in and around the Prince George area. As their following started to grow, so did the desire to branch out and release their own music. In the fall of 2022, the CGB went into the recording studio for the first time and cut the single "Shot of Jack Daniels" to be released on all streaming platforms in December. Comprised of Chris Goodwin (lead vocals/rhythm guitar), Patrick Michaud (lead guitar/background vocals, Steve Smith (bass guitar/background vocals), and "Big Country" Chester Hewkin (drums), the Chris Goodwin Band have their eyes set on the future with a full length album planned for a 2023 release.
