Guido and Maurizio De Angelis are among the Italian most famous soundtracks composers, two real superstars of Italian and international music. They wrote the music of absolute cult movies, in Italy and all over the world. Their production started in the ‘60ies and still continues. Even Quentin Tarantino loves their music and cited them in his movie “Grindhouse”. George Tillman Jr. too did it in the movie “Faster”. The famous Elio e le storie tese talk about them in the song "Il Pippero" and the great Claudio Baglioni, in his album "Anime in Gioco", has even included 2 covers: "Sandokan" and "Orzowei". In their career they were published all over the world, and they sold over 50 million albums and several songs went gold and platinum in Italy, Germany and Australia. Guido and Maurizio De Angelis are among the most prolific music and soundtrack composers of all time. They played and worked with the most important Italian artists like Ennio Morricone, Nino Manfredi, Patty Pravo, Lucio Dalla (just to name some). They wrote hits for artists all over the world such as Jane Birkin, Agnetha Fältskog (Abba), Gitte, Bonnie Bianco, Yvonne Wilkins and many others. But, above all this, what made them so famous throughout the world is their partnership with the ultimate spaghetti-comedy-western couple: Bud Spencer and Terence Hill. Guido and Maurizio De Angelis are also known for their music and title songs for TV shows like Sandokan, Orzowei, and many others.
