What can you call someone who plays many musical instruments, composes, arranges, directs, sings and has been a skilled songwriter for years? Perhaps if you experience Michael's music — the words you seek will finally come. A Miami native, his musical career started before his teens, he played bass for popular Latino recording artist Ray Fernandez. he branched out with two childhood friends to formed Silver Platinum, and charted with their hit “Dance”. Michael also played Lead guitar, sang and recorded as a member of the Grammy Award winning reggae band Inner Circle. their hit “Bad Boys” is the theme song for the Bad Boys film franchise that stars Will Smith and Martin Lawrence, and theme song for the award winning television show COPS. At Luke Records, he engineered and or produced hits for artists 2 Live Crew, MC Shy D, JT Money and others. He served as musical director for Arista artist Blu Cantrell. Michael continues to strengthen as a songwriter, his compositions are being covered by some of todays hottest artists, i.g."Do You Mind" DJ Khaled Featuring artists: Chris Brown, Nicki Minaj, Rick Ross, Future, August Alsina and Jeremih. The Song “ALWAYS” by TRINA feat. Monica is a derivative cover of Michael’s song, I will always be there for you, His song “Holiday” served as inspiration for the derivative Trick Daddy single “Thug Holiday” and is the title of Trick’s Platinum album. Lil’ Jon & the East Side Boys, Usher & Ludacris covered his song “ Lovers and Friends”
