Coastal Town are a real Indie Pop band from Vancouver Canada. We are a multi-generational group with the majority of our members still in high school. We also have a number of mentors from the local music community including Kris Schulz and Jacob Seyer who have contributed to our songwriting and development. Over the course of recording our first album our studio Fortissimo Sound got shut down and our producer Doug Fury (Bif Naked and Scatterheart) moved across the country. We just managed to finish up tracking all of our parts before the pandemic hit and since then Doug has finished up our first album remotely.
