Candace Devine co-wrote the song, “I’ll Be Your Home” on Mindi Abair’s Grammy Nominated Jazz Album, “Wild Heart.” She has been a back up singer for Christina Aguilera, a recognizable voice for film, TV and radio spots. You have heard her singing on the National Commercial for Chico’s So Slimming Jeans, the movies Georgia Rule, Bonneville, as well as the theme song for Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon - Sword of Destiny. She has sung our National Anthem for the NBA Warriors, Clippers, Phoenix Suns and more. She was also half of the successful duo signed to ICM, David & Devine. Candace has opened for, recorded and/or performed with: Christina Aguilera, Adam Lambert, Boyz II Men, Michelle Branch, The Four Tops, Styx, Missing Persons, Little River Band, Mindi Abair, Steven Van Zandt, Josh Kelley, Tony Lucca and more. Her new EP, "HERE WE ARE" is her first SOLO release in over a decade! Recorded at the legendary Sound Emporium Studio in Nashville and produced by Jason "Slim" Gambill (lead guitarist of Lady Antebellum), this release is a collection of heartfelt and groovy songs. She chose to add the cover of "Won't Back Down" as a personal mantra. In her 30's, a mommy, and very much still driven and passionate about making music she chose this song as a reminder to herself and everyone listening to dust off the punches and bruises, keep your chin up, and go for what you want and what you believe in!
