Vallendusk is a Melodic Black Metal band hailing from Jakarta, Indonesia. The band was founded in 2011 and consists of Vocalist/Lyricist Rizky, Lead Guitarist/Main Songwriter & Composer Valendino Mithos, Rhythm Guitarist/Songwriter Danang Sugianto, and Drummer/Arranger Derrick Prawira. The band cites the mid 90’s wave of Black Metal, Melodic Death Metal, and Doom as their major source of inspirations, both musically and aesthetically. Nevertheless, they also draw influences from classical, ambient, martial hymns, and folk music of all sorts.
