Contemporary Art, which hails from Cibubur, the Southern-East part of Jakarta, uses the term "dreamo" to characterize their music. They were founded in 2019 and are made up of four young adults in their early 20’s who detest maturing. Their debut track, "Life Sucks, Good Night" (2019), has a sad-angsty adolescent tone. In their subsequent single, "A Love Song, I Guess?" (2022), they developed their sound by being more reverb-y and chorus-y. Their first two tracks were straightforward, influenced by midwestern pop-punk/emo bands like Mom Jeans and Modern Baseball, as well as a small amount of shoegaze. 
 Contemporary Art continuing their journey by including the mini-album entitled "Glazed" (2022) in its discography, which was released by its record label, Ramu Nada Records. Glazed is a manifesto of the passionate life of youth that captures all of its dynamism and is accompanied by exquisite chords and a rough and dreamy guitar tone. 
 They all have a small amount of shoegaze and emo, blending into an emotive tunes avalanche. It contains the DNA of bands such as Title Fight, Citizen, and Nothing, therefore, if you check locally, there are Heals that affect the way the sound is formed in Glazed.
