Indigo Stella is a Johannesburg based rapper, singer and producer. She is an energetic influencer who engages the world through music and social media and aims to be one of the leading female African artists that takes African music to the world. 2019’s high notes were hit with her political BET Cypher, her SAHHA Cypher performance as well as her Yo MTV raps Cypher by the end of the year. Her performance energy was also felt at Back to the City, Cotton Fest main event and the Cotton Fest Barbeque where she was the sole performer. Taking that energy to television, she has graced screens countrywide on SABC 1 ‘Blow Up or Cave’ and House of Trace along with a couple of interviews with Siya Metane, founder of Slikour On Life. Indigo Stella has not been silent on the charts either. Making it onto Trace Africa charts was just the start as “Boss Up” peaked at number 1 on the MTV BASE top 10, Metro FM Absolute Hip Hop as well as Gagasi FM. Her impact thus far has earned the attention of and mentions from Nasty C, Cassper Nyovest, Sho Madjozi, Riky Rick, Emtee, Nadia Nakai, Rouge, Moozlie, Gemini Major, Stogie T and Moonchild Sanelly to mention a few.
