Hailed by Rolling Stone for their "celebratory mix of sharp storytelling and fist-pumping rock & roll swagger," Andrew Leahey & The Homestead are modern-day torchbearers of a genre championed by icons like Tom Petty and Bruce Springsteen. It's an anthemic sound, grounded in electric guitars and uplifted by vocal harmonies, pop hooks, and a palpable appreciation for the band's heartland heroes. Thanks to radio singles Start the Dance (from 2019's international breakthrough album Airwaves) and Guilty Man (which remained on the Americana charts for much of 2021), it's also a sound that's taken Leahey around the world, from sold-out shows in Norway and Mexico to an ongoing string of cross-country American tours.
