Edis is one of the most recognised names in the Turkish entertainment industry. In 2014 he stormed the charts with his first single ‘Benim Ol’ and his rise continued with the chart topping singles ‘Olmamış mı?’ (2015), ‘Dudak’ (2016) and ‘Çok Çok’ (2017). His debut studio album Ân was released in 2018 and put him amongst Turkey’s Top 100 best-selling artists. His music caught the nation’s attention and he became the most searched name on Google Turkey in 2015 and 2017. Throughout his career he has been awarded a number of prestigious awards including Best Outstanding Artist, Best Song and Best Male Artist at significant ceremonies including the Golden Butterfly Award Ceremony, Kral Turkey Music Awards and GQ Men Of The Year. ‘Nirvana’, his duet with Gülşen, one of the biggest popstars in Turkey, exploded on the day of its release in 2020 and it’s still performing strongly today.
