Torch is a Danish/Greenlandic darkwave trio based in Aarhus, Denmark. 
Their sound is enticing, omnious and freezing cold. Armed with cold drum machine, chorus-laden guitar, fretless bass, sharp synths and distant, massive vocals Torch beat into you their take on modern darkwave music. The inspiration draws on gothic post-punk, melancholic coldwave and rumbling EBM, and in this way it is safe to expect both distressing, longing songs from Torch. 
 In less than two years Torch have played concerts across Denmark, Germany, England, Estonia, Latvia, Norway  and Sweden as well as a sold out debut cassette release at the legendary, now closed, Aarhus venue Tape. The debut EP was followed by two equally hard-hitting singles mixed by John R. Mirland. In May 2023 Torch released their debut album ‘Leaving Me Behind’ 
 At live shows Torch is a well-oiled machine, which drags you down into the abyss that is their sound. Consistent, hair-raising and seductive. 
 Torch is made up of Benjamin Lind Holm (vocals and synth), Ivik Rosing-Johsen (vocals, synth and guitar) and Josefine Hjulskov Valler (bass guitar).
