Jacques Herb is a Dutch singer/songwriter , born in Rotterdam (The Netherlands) on 28 May 1946. He had a number 1 hit in 1971 with a song called "Manuela" and sold over 250.000 singles. Gold and platina record. in 1972 he won the Sopot Songcontest in Poland. He still is working in his homeland. He hopes to celebrate his 50th jubilee in 2020.
