Gabriella Marinaro, born in Los Angeles is a singer songwriter whose sound evokes the freedom of an analog world interpreted through the perspective of a modern-day woman. Creating a distinctive sound using fresh beats with unlikely samples, Gabriella’s lyrical message of empowerment of her self-identified “sad girl” serves to openly challenge the conventions that have stifled countless numbers of bad ass women’s creative flow in male dominated niches of music. She doesn't define herself within a genre as to not limit her creative expression. She is her own genre and her music is defined by her voice and message.
