THERE IS NO GRADIENT IN LOVE THERE IS NO GRADIENT IN LOVE THERE IS NO GRADIENT IN LOVE THERE IS NO GRADIENT IN LOVE Having found his creative voice in the contemporary R&B space after a few years of honing his craft, 20 year old Singer-songwriter/Music Producer Josh Makazo explores a darker side of the adolescent experience through his music production, lyricism, and a moody, yet approachable soundscape. Having made his debut at 17 years old with the release of ‘Awhile’ back in 2020, Makazo is no stranger to the Singapore music landscape. What followed was a consistent stream of releases culminating in the release of a 3-song EP entitled ‘NEVER’ in 2022, which was his first foray into a long form story-telling format. Inspired by these experiences, he began working on his debut album ‘GRADIENT’, with ‘MIDNIGHT PSYCHO’ being the first chapter of this story.
