Born in Southeast Washington, DC. Dre Wave$; a name that stems from his love for the smooth & wavy production that he flows on so seamlessly. Dre has a voice for the ages that demands attention on every track. He first appeared in the underground hip hop scene in Late 2018. After dropping projects like Jaded & Duality, he began to gain respect among fans & colleagues alike. Receiving co-signs from fellow DC native Wale. In 2021, after working with indie artists like Trapo & Redveil, Dre garnered a lot of attention on Tiktok where he saw massive viral success on songs like “SWEET”, “Lax & Thrax”, & “Life Could Be a Dream”. In 2022 he followed that up with “Worth the Weight” and the lead single was placed on Fresh Finds & the Official Redbull Playlist. 2023 looks as bright as ever for the 24 year old artist who plans on solidifying himself as one the most prolific rappers of his generation.
