Abycc (* October 8, 1990 Friedrichshain in Berlin) grew up in the Berlin district of Hohenschönhausen. Through outside influences, he got into German rap at a young age and became increasingly enthusiastic about it. In 2018, Abycc signed an exclusive artist contract with the Universal Music Group label and released his debut album "Hochhaus Original". Since 2021 Abycc is Selfmade. Abycc uses the genre of street rap. His lyrics often included narratives about life in the Plattenbau and the existing social conditions in the so-called problem neighborhoods. To stand out is the peculiarity of harsh language and the gloomy sound. He is active in the German rap scene and strongly rooted in this. - Nico Falkenberg
