An artist from a small town in NJ, joey cxp brings the high energy pop punk anthems and sad emo rap songs that any rebellious or love struck teenager can relate to. His unique blend of pop punk and trap beats makes his music feel new and refreshing to the ears of the new generations while preserving the nostalgia of early 2000s alternative music for the audience who grew up at the start of the pop punk movement. joey cxp cut his teeth in the New Brunswick, NJ underground scene. It was here where he spent years as a young kid gigging with musicians and developing his style as an artist and songwriter. He used his time in solitude during the 2020 COVID pandemic to refine his sound and his brand. Finally, in late 2021, he released his first single, “STAR GAZER”.
