Biyografi

Samantha McKaige is a guitar playing, americana singing, folk songwriting 20 year old from Seattle, Washington. She is currently studying songwriting at Berklee College of Music in Massachusetts where she has released her debut album, Bury Me Please in the Puget Sound. The album is a collection of songs written from the grass and the sand of Washington's San Juan Islands. She recently released a three song EP that tells the story of a heartbreak, rooted in emotion and americana. The EP, “After You Left Me”, was released on October 28th. 
 Samantha has opened for artists such as Ezra Bell, Lucy Wainwright Roche, and Suzzy Roche, and Copilot, at historic and esteemed venues such as Brighton Music Hall in Boston and The Sunset Tavern in Seattle. She performs solo or with a full band of talented musicians, rounding out her sound with electric and steel guitar, banjo, mandolin, fiddle, trumpet, keyboard, backing vocals, and drums. Paired with her originals, Samantha also performs uniquely arranged covers of her favorite musicians, such as Caamp, Noah Kahan, Rainbow Kitten Surprise, Brandi Carlile, Gregory Alan Isakov, Gillian Welch and The Highwomen.
