Yuma Abe Since 2014 Yuma has been the principal singer and songwriter for the band never young beach, whose uniquely Japanese brand of West Coast-inspired breezy pop has found considerable success in Japan and throughout Asia, with four albums under their belt and sold-out tours with support from the likes of Devendra Banhart and Mild High Club. Abe has not been shy about his admiration for the legendary Haruomi Hosono, who in turn has become his mentor of sorts, and offers his services as a mixing engineer on Fantasia. 安部 勇磨 1990年9月4日東京生まれ。never young beachのボーカル&ギターとして活動を開始。全ての詞曲を手掛ける。 他アーティストへの作詞提供、歌唱での参加やNTTコミュニケーションズ広告でのカバー楽曲、NHK Eテレ番組“0655/2355”などでも歌唱を担当。2017年頃から敬愛する細野晴臣との対談やラジオ出演などを果たし、音楽活動50周年を記念したイベント「イエローマジックショー3」へ出演し話題に。 2021年に自身のレーベル“Thaian Records”を立ち上げ、6月に自身初となるソロアルバム作品『Fantasia』を発表、2022年USレーベル”Temporal Drift”よりアナログレコードをリリース。2023年5月17日に最新EP『Surprisingly Alright』をリリースする。
