Although not directly blood related, Jesus Perez Jorge (on the right) and Diego Rangel (on the left) share a cousin-bond. They spent their childhood together in the neighborhood of South Central Los Angeles. Where they were inspired to play guitar by Jesus’ cousin and Diego’s uncle, Julian Perez. Who was the first in the family to take interest in playing the guitar and listening Regional Mexican music. Thus, lead both Jesus and Diego to pursue music of their own. Diego playing better at requinto and Jesus at songwriting. Until one day, they decided to form a group together where both of their best assets could be shown. That would be named Ilusion Eterno.
