Brooklyn based artist Rén with the Mane is back with new 5 song EP ‘Short Skirts’. Receiving plaudits from Nylon Magazine, Paste, Line of Best Fit, Kitsune, etc. Ren is no stranger to the blogosphere, and more recently you can hear her songs in some of TV’s most binge worthy. Tracks “Give It All Up” & “Still Young” were featured in Netflix’s hit series ‘Partner Track’ & track ‘Already Gone’ was placed in the most recent season of ‘Love Island USA’. 

In addition to being a prolific songwriter and artist, Rén is an intoxicating performer and has become somewhat of a figure around the streets of New York this past year. In a time the city was yearning for connection, she found herself singing with a brass band throughout Manhattan to offer her fellow New Yorkers a sense of camaraderie and joy. She also works as a Hair/Makeup Artist and Stylist, primarily working with other musicians to help bring out their best side. Rén says “When a client leaves feeling beautiful and confident and excited about the projects they’re working on- it fuels me. In my opinion the purpose of life is to have an impact on others so whether it’s making someone feel beautiful or having someone resonate w my music- both connections make my heart feel full”. She has worked with artists such as Regina Spektor, AJR Brothers, Joseph, and St Lucia.
