Kyuu debuted in 2018 under the name of ‘NUNSSEOP’ with his first single album [I need your blessing] as an independent artist. He released the next single album [ineedselfishtime] and soon after, his first EP album [ROMANCEISCOMMON]. He began to be recognized by overseas fans for his music that combined hip hop and the “drop” in pop music. After that, kyuu was influenced by trap and mumble-style and released single albums [yeah yeah yeah] and [NMV] respectively. His second EP album [CHILLINGISRARE] was then released. kyuu drew attention for his free-spirited vibes and his unique unconventional music style. Then, he released the single album [SUMJA] with melancholic, profound lyrics and emo melody different from the music style he did before. Shortly thereafter, after releasing the single album [TAKE ME HOME], he finally released his first full album [ALLFORNOTHING]. After that, he changed his stage name from 'NUNSSEOP' to 'kyuu'.
