    In the year 2064, scientists on a remote asteroid base were experimenting with gene editing. Splicing together the genes of every apex predator from planet Earth, they created Wendigo. Initially, Wendigo was contained inside a vat of titanium gel where he was restrained and studied. However, hours after his creation, it become clear that the titanium gel was not enough to contain Wendigo. He broke free and escaped the facility only to be flung into space. Wendigo floated for millions of years through the never-ending void. Along the way, he found an electric guitar and a Moog synthesizer. Since he was trapped in space, all he could do was practice his instruments and wait until a nearby celestial object sucked him in. It was the year 4,276,999. Finally, Wendigo felt himself being pulled into an orbit of a massive metal planet. He slowly fell to its surface. Upon hitting the ground, Wendigo looked around and observed the surroundings. The planet was covered in cold metal sheets and long tendrils of wires. Robotic drones patrolled the surface, repairing the machinery and cleaning up any mess left on the cold ground. Wendigo ventured deep into the planet's core and found a time machine. He pressed a few buttons and entered. He awoke in the year 1999. The metal planet was no longer covered in cold debris but rather it was covered in grass, water, concrete, and humans. With only one mission in mind, Wendigo began to create art that only the apex of apexes could.
