Hailing from Oakland, Ca, Ian Kelly's, formerly known as K.E.L.L.S. , smooth and fluid sound fits right in with his soulful intentions of Jamla Records, with whom he's been officially signed too since 2018 as a result of the success of his hardworking efforts in previous and future promising releases. Kelly's time at Jamla has placed in the midst of some of the titans of hip hop talent; he has earned his unique place as the ill vocalist of Jamla among acts like 9th Wonder himself, and tight production unit The Soul Council. As greatness breeds greatness, Ian Kelly is set to solidify star status with the release of his long-awaited CHAMPIAN. CHAMPIAN will be the most recent of Kelly's work which already include Good Shit Vol. 1 and Vol. 2. Ian Kelly's voice can most recently be heard in the compilation album, Jamla is the Squad II, in which he appears on two songs: "Welcome to JamRoc" and "Do Something".
