Biyografi

Ancesthor is based upon the a blatant pilars of an old school thrash metal, an ample structuring and experimentation led into the discovering of distinctive rythms and melodies. Based in Mexico City the band has been active from 2010 - 2013 and later from 2017 up to date with local recognition as one of the most brutal yet technical bands in the local scene.  
 The debut LP 'The Human Nature' was released in 2011 under Blower Records (Strike Master, Voltax, Split Heaven, etc.). After a mild sales success with independent labels in Europe, US and Japan among other countries, the 'Beneath the Mask' with artwork by Ed Repka (Megadeth, Death, Possessed, Municipal Waste, etc.), a faster and progressive album was being composed. The band splitted-up in 2013 to focus on personal issues, this break marked a long recess. The BTM was never played live. 
 ''Oneiric' was released in streaming platforms in November 2017 along with two official videos, 'Rampant Maelstrom' and 'Oneiric' as well as a guitar play through for 'Four Volcanic Winds'. The band officially returned to the scenarios in November 2017, as the supporting act for Demolition Hammer presenting the Beneath the Mask re-recording, shortly released on 2018. 
 2019 featured the release of the single 'Renaissance' as an introduction to a more progressive yet old school raw style, the new line-up with three out of four original members J. Luis, Jonathan & Carlos was announced, introducing Omar from Venemous as the drummer.
