From the heart of San Francisco, championed by the likes of Method Man, Bahamadia, Murs, Atmosphere, and other greats in her genre, Blimes' passion for musicality shines through gritty bars and battle rap punches to meet you with melodic vulnerability in a marriage of rap, and vibey alternative RnB. With her solo endeavor, Blimes made The Source’s Unsigned Hype, was spotlighted in Vogue UK, and made BBC1’s World’s Hottest Record with Annie Mac before going on to hit the American festival circuit and headline a US Tour with collaborator Gifted Gab ahead of their joint album “Talk About It”. In 2023, Blimes walks us back to her individual story with a new album slated for summertime.
