    A rare German entry into the doom metal field, Ludwigsburg's Doomshine formed in 2003 and followed their "Shining in Solitude" demo with a debut album entitled Thy Kingdoom Come the very next year, drawing immediate comparisons to genre purists like Candlemass and Solitude Aeturnus.
