Escaso Aporte se forma en 1997 en La Florida, comuna sur de Santiago. Con tres discos autogestionados, un sonido fiestero y combativo, participación en innumerables tocatas y en apoyo a movimientos sociales, la banda se instaló como referente del under santiaguino. Su tercer disco, VIDA DE CALLE, continúa la búsqueda de un sonido mestizo y tercermundista a través de la combinación de rock explosivo, ska, reggae y sabores latinos con líricas críticas y socialmente comprometidas. Actualmente en receso. Escaso Aporte is a band founded in 1997 in La Florida, Santiago de Chile.
