Pop/rock band from Bilbao (Basque Country). Doctor Deseo was formed in the mid-'80s by singer/songwriter Francis Diez and bassist Joxi Gimenez, making their debut with the release of a self-titled album in 1987, followed by 1989's Tan Cerca Del Cielo and 1991's Fugitivos en el Paraíso.Gotas de dolor... un charco de olvido(1995). In 1996, the band had the opportunity to perform beyond the Spanish frontiers while successfully touring Mexico. After issuing Hay Cuentos Aun Por Inventar in 1998, Doctor Deseo returned in the beginning of the new millennium with Atrapado en Tu Silencio...De Incertidumbres y Caricias. Suspira... y conspira(2002). Rómpeme con mil caricias, cielo... rompeme(2004). Metamorfosis (basicamente lento)(2005). Detrás de los espejos rotos (2006). Sexo, ternura y misterio(2008).
