Celina Sharma, who recently only turned 19 is an independent artist based in the London, UK. Celina has a Indian and Italian heritage. In 2019 aged 16, BBC Asian Network in recognition of her talent announced Celina as the 2019 Future Sound, making her the youngest ever to achieve the honour, tipping her as an exciting artist to watch out for. Celina has created a real buzz in a short space of time, releasing her first official single “Lean On” in September 2019 featuring Indian superstar rapper Emiway Bantai which has racked up over 60 million audio streams globally , over 22 million organic video views on YouTube and is now certified Double Platinum. In the last year since her debut release the teen sensation has exploded in terms of audience and has positioned herself as one of the leading UK’s rising stars, in less than 8 months Celina grew into the fastest growing UK artist on TikTok with now 1.9 million followers with 33 million likes, has amassed over 380,000 Youtube subscribers along with 330k instagram followers, this all within 12 months of her releasing her first single. She has also received great support across TV, making her UK TV performance debut on renowned Blue Peter, as well as being featured/performing on other shows such as CBBC Saturday Mashup, Nickelodeon, ITV News, 4music, Revolt TV and MTV. In 2020 Celina was asked to be the headline singer on Jonas Blue’s 14 date ‘The Blueprint Tour’ across UK & Ireland and Asia.
