Excluídos emerged in São Paulo underground in 1998, currently, is one of the leading names of the "new generation" of Brazilian punk-rock, as attested writer and journalist Antonio Bivar in his book "What Is Punk?" (Publisher Brasiliense, 2001). The origin of the punk-rock, however, did not impose limits on the artistic personality of Excluídos, who have performed with great references of the national rock (as Lobão, CPM22 and Inocentes) and real world legends of punk-rock (as Stiff Little Fingers, Michael "Olga" Toy Dolls, GBH, Rezillos, The Adicts and TSOL). In 2014, the band released the album "Meus Dilemas" with 13 original and previously unreleased tracks, in the best Excluídos style: the songs merge melody, harmony and lyrics in a solid way, taken to its ultimate consequences. Pessimism makes up the fury; Joy, the explosion. Excluídos is formed by Ronaldo Lopes (vocals and guitar), Caio Klasing (bass and backing vocals), André Larcher (guitar and backing vocals) and Raphael Menuzzo (drums).
