During his lifetime, Pete Huttlinger became widely known as one of the most awe-inspiring acoustic guitar players in the world. His unique arrangements and spell-binding musicality and precision entertained audiences from Nashville to Los Angeles to Milan. As a recording artist Huttlinger released numerous albums and received wide-acceptance ranging from his critically acclaimed "Naked Pop" through to his tour de force, "McGuire’s Landing." Praise from the media was overwhelming culminating with Guitar Player magazine naming him one of the "50 Best Acoustic Players" of all-time in 2017. In 2007, Huttlinger made his debut at New York City’s Carnegie Hall. Ultimately he performed the great hall three times. In 2004, 2007 and 2010, he was invited to participate in Eric Clapton’s Crossroads Festivals. In addition to his concert touring schedule, Huttlinger also spent time speaking to large groups. “Don’t Just Live, Live Well,” was a presentation on how he has overcome what seemed to be insurmountable obstacles. Huttlinger also made appearances as a side-man. He toured with John Denver for the last four years of the superstar’s life. Country/pop superstar LeAnn Rimes requested him for her acoustic performances, including the filming of “Live From Abbey Road. Huttlinger often toured with pop icon John Oates of Hall & Oates. Four months prior to his death, Huttlinger and his wife, Erin Morris Huttlinger, released their memoir, “Joined At The Heart.” petehuttlinger.com
