BEUK plays energetic hard rock. BEUK pairs hard rock 'n roll with straightforward Dutch lyrics. Singer-bassist Roel Jacobus, guitarist Meyke Demey and drummer Laurent De Moor have formed a close-knit power trio since 2014. "You sound like De Mens and Kreuners, but harder" - Sofie Engelen (Willy Radio). BEUK has played more than 200 concerts since 2014, including Alcatraz Festival, AB Brussels, Campo Solar, 013 Tilburg (NL). Supporting acts for Phil Campbell (Motörhead), The Kids, Dog Eat Dog, Godfathers, Channel Zero etc. More than 20 concerts took place in England, where BEUK gained a foothold in London's broiling underground scene. The band received airplay there and was nominated for Hard Rock Hell Radio Network's MIA of 'Best International Band' in 2017. "Who cares about the language if it rocks?
