From Downpatrick, Ireland, Moth Trap is a multi-genre alternative hip-hop artist. First achieving a shortlisting for a city wide competition searching for local talent with 'Dead Love', he then received radio play with 'Van Gogh'. Since then he has released 2 EPs, an album and multiple singles. Notably, a well received single in 'I've Been Waiting' and a collaboration with underground vet, JOULE$. Most recently, Moth has gained notoriety for his track, To The Moon and Back, hosted on Scroll Gang, a popular music hosting platform. The video gained 170k+ views on YouTube. In 2021 he released his EP 'Songs to Accompany the End of the World' which was met with high praises for its creativity and its ability to create an immersive atmosphere within a short time. The semi-title track, 'World, End of the' was subsequently uploaded to the Scroll Gang YouTube channel!
