To all TIERRA fans and promoters, As many of you know, the ownership of TIERRA and its intellectual property rights is currently being contested in the Los Angeles Superior Court (Case No. 21STCV25207) https://www.lacourt.org/website/FindaCase.aspx?fbclid=IwAR0LSvmvRadCUVFYURoJtsLAIExuaL9oJyVLYGTn-XPQNkwY1vcCEpd5dic. Based upon this pending litigation, we have been instructed by counsel to post this message until the matter is adjudicated by the Court. As a measure of complete transparency, we would like to make this court issue part of the public record. Promoters, record companies and agents should do their due diligence on this matter before entering into any agreements or contracts until this matter is fully resolved.
