    BMI Award Winning Composer/Writer Keith Anthony Bougere created the rap group PG-13 in 1990 while in 8th grade middle school. The group got a recording contract and deal that same year. Keith went on to reach the #5 Spot With his His Single "Teenage Reporter", on the City One Stop National Distribution Charts. Keith still has a fan base throughout the world especially Brazil. He tells the story on his Spotify Page "Step Into The 90's" Album. Later On the Name PG-13 would also be used by Little Vybz and Little Addi sons of Hit Maker Vybz Cartel.
