Altin Devqa, known by his stage name Devqa, is a talented rapper from Kosovo. He was born on May 25, 2000, in Neubrandenburg, Germany, to Kosovan parents. Devqa grew up in Ferizaj, a city in southeastern Kosovo, where he developed a passion for music at a young age. 
 Devqa's interest in music began when he was just a child, listening to hip-hop and rap music that was popular at the time. He began writing his own lyrics in high school, and by the time he was in his late teens, he had started performing at local events and building a following. 
 In 2020, Devqa released his first single, "Audi" which gained him popularity and helped him catch the attention of record labels. He was signed by a major record label in Kosovo, and continued to release singles, which helped him gain even more fans across the country. 
 By the end of 2020, Devqa released his debut album, "I Vogël O’ Rritë" ("IVOR"), which showcased his unique style and talent as a rapper. The album's success helped him gain a broader fan base in Kosovo and the surrounding region. 
 As of 2023, Devqa continues to be one of the most promising young rappers in Kosovo and the Balkan region. His dedication to his craft and commitment to helping others make him a true role model for aspiring artists and fans alike.
