    Solomon Moyo popularly known as Solomon Plate is a music producer and artist. He started music from a young age by playing drums in church then later discovered he could sing. Solomon says his music isn’t inspired by one specific thing but it is inspired by so many things among them is the quest to kill the notion that gospel music is boring or meant for specific people. Over the years he has worked with big names in the industry as a singer and a producer. The likes of Sampa The Great, Da’ T.R.U.T.H., Mag44, Pompi, Slap Dee, Busiswa, LimoBlaze, Macky2 just to mention a few. He released an album titled Munthu which became one of the most streamed albums in the country. This album has songs like Donki, Way you are, For me among others. In 2019 Solomon was nominated for the Kwacha Music Awards in 2 categories namely best new comer and best gospel album of year. He is set to release his second album in 2023
