Mariam Matossian, Armenian vocalist and storyteller is passionate about her ancestral heritage. Born in Canada, living in the United States, Mariam shares the story of her beloved Armenian culture with a world audience through words and song. "I long for people to know our story - a story of pain, anguish, love, redemption and hope restored. I want people to see how a people who almost perished were preserved by grace. We are still here. We sing, dance, write. We dream. And we still create. " Performing across Canada and the US, Mariam engages audiences with her unique, lilting voice.
