    BORN THROUGH FIRE features Tim Lambesis (As I Lay Dying) on vocals and Joey Alarcon (Wolves At The Gate) on guitars and delivers a propulsive blend of aggression and dynamic hooks resulting in a modern heavy metal assault of epic proportions. The group signed with Seek and Strike to unleash their debut, full-length album, Purify and Refine. Lambesis states: "Joey and I have been friends for a decade now and have been through it all together, which provides so many layers to us doing this band together. Purify and Refine is a self produced album, so we feel like we had the chance to truly be ourselves. This was an incredible journey and we’re both extremely proud of it. "At its core, Purify and Refine, is laden with memorable riffs, reminiscent of earlier metalcore with a modern twist that's prevalent in songs with cinematic elements. Joey's production and additional layers also really brought an exciting spin to a lot of the tracks.
