Probably Raymond is something different. A 23-year-old artist born in Africa but raised by Toronto culture, Raymond is unique. By the age of 8, he was singing R&B ballads at school talent shows. By the age of 20, he had ripped the same stage as Pusha-T and done so much more than that to be fair. But that’s not who he is. Probably Raymond is your favourite artist’s favourite artist. He makes music that he has categorized as the, Highly Animated Sound. Never one thing and always something new. Blending genres and shifting energy at will it feels like he does everything (and he does). Since 2015 he has been able to amass over 3 million+ online streams on his music, book tours with Universal Music Canada and Warner Music, and performed on festival line ups with the likes of Roy Woods, Charlotte Day Wilson, and Majid Jordan. On top of personal accolades, he’s used his platform to give back to his community and throw sold out events open to the public. Probably Raymond is a one of a kind artist. From bending genres to tearing up stages he shows he’s someone the people listen to. From touring to doing what he has to for the community around him he shows that it’s more than just art its heart.
