Hailing from the suburbs of Toronto, The Spheres fuse elements of 80's synth-pop, indie rock, and new wave to produce powerful and memorable music. The group’s origins date back to 2016, when singer/songwriter and lead vocalist Reza Habib began writing for (what was initially intended to be) a solo project. Before long, he recruited Hamza Habib for his skills as a guitarist and the duo released music under the name Sound of Vardiya. After a short break from releasing music, the band rebranded as The Spheres and set out to record their debut album with the help of Los Angeles based producer Taurees Habib. The band's influences include groups like U2, Arcade Fire, The Killers, Foster The People, and many more.
